NEWS POST: Plans In Place To Attract Skilled African Workers Back Home


Major African business and political figures say Africa is suffering from a ‘brain drain’ with skilled workers leaving the continent to work abroad.
The World Bank says more African scientists work in the US and the UK than in Africa, while 20,000 Africans trained in Europe stay there.

Initiatives are however underway to attract these skilled overseas workers back home.
